Director Tolga Karachelik presented his first English-language film, The Shallow Tale of a Writer Who Decided to Write About a Serial Killer, at the Tribeca Film Festival. Steve Buscemi plays a former serial killer who becomes a writer's muse and an unlikely adviser to save his marriage.
