Under anesthesia and a breathing machine, "The Sopranos" actor Lillo Brancato was still able to confess to the burglary that resulted in the shooting death of a police officer, a detective testified Monday. Detective Claude O'Shea said Brancato, who was also shot during the shooting, was coherent and stable at Jacobi Medical Center when officers interviewed him shortly after the killings in December.
