Despite Alec Baldwin's grumpy blog post about Dan Cox's Arnold Schwarzenegger documentary "Running with Arnold," the film will premiere tonight at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas, with the actor's narration recorded intact. Baldwin seemed offended by the inclusion of Nazi footage in the film as background about Schwarzenegger's father, a member of the Nazi Party.
“Schwarzenegger deserves to be treated fairly, and the film’s depictions of Nazi rallies are off the charts,” Baldwin wrote on the Huffington Post blog last November. Cox told us: "Schwarzenegger's father was a Nazi, and I'm not going to deny that his father was a Nazi.
