Happy first birthday, Suri Cruise! Vanity Fair's youngest cover star is celebrating her big birthday today. But not since Howard Hughes has there been a celebrity who has so successfully combined fame and reticence as baby Tom and Katie. Representatives of the couple yesterday did not disclose details of preparations for the birthday.
This is her first film since she began her relationship with Cruise. “She’s already there, and Tom and Suri will be flying over,” our source says. Having replaced her public relations representative, Holmes recently retained West Coast powerhouse Ina Trechokas as her press secretary. “It’s part of a plan to normalize PR, get it back to where it was before Tom went crazy,” says another insider.
